Maple Grove Rotary Bed Race

Race a bed on July 13, 2024 at 7pm at Maple Grove Days to support programs like CROSS Services’ Peaceful Dreams, Beds for Kids program. Peaceful Dreams, Beds for Kids program furnishes beds and bedding for local families in transition or facing hardship. Members of the Rotary Club construct the beds, while the Maple Grove Quilters group adds a personal touch with beautifully crafted bed covers.
How to Participate:
- Pay the registration fee: $175 per bed ($200 after 6/15/24)
- Build a Bed or use a “house bed” provided by Maple Grove Rotary
- If you have 5 people to build a team (4 to push 1 to ride), awesome! If not, we’ll provide a team for you
Event Participation Benefits:
- Participate in a fun event!
- March with the Rotary Club of Maple Grove in the Bed Race group to promote your business.
- “Skin” your bed with your logo and business name so all spectators will see your bed each time it’s raced in the event.
- An audio “commercial” for your business is read to the crowd of spectators each time your bed is raced.

I am also a father of three small children and there is nothing more precious and peaceful than looking at kids all tucked into bed and drifting off to sleep.
