CROSS Services partners with a variety of programs and services that help us address the needs of our families.
Hennepin and Wright County Assistance
CROSS Services’ family advocates work with Hennepin County and Wright County staff to provide our families with available county resources. Talk with a family advocate for additional information and to get signed up.
Mental Health Counseling
Pathways Counseling Center, Inc. will be at CROSS Services three days a month for adults desiring to address one or more of the following:
- Grief and Loss / Trauma / Abuse
- Anxiety and Worry / Depression
- Addiction / Problems Gambling / Drug and Alcohol-Related Problems
- Other Personal Concerns
If you are interested in receiving these services, please ask the front desk or your advocate for an interest form.
Dental Services
Affordable services for all ages at CROSS Services on the third Tuesday of each month. To make an appointment call Children’s Dental Services at 612-746-1530.
All dental insurance accepted, including MA.
A sliding fee scale and payments plans are available for those without dental insurance.
Hiring Agency
HireQuest Direct will be onsite monthly and looking to hire for a variety of positions. Part time / Full time / Daily Opportunities – Multiple Positions Available!
Onsite the second Tuesday of every month. Let’s see what we can do for you!
Budgeting Assistance
We will have someone onsite that can help with both long-term and short-term budgeting. They will also review credit reports and can share ideas on how to lower rates and consolidate.
Food Choice and Nutrition Assistance
A Hy-Vee Dietitian will be at CROSS Services once a month for free nutrition consultations with a personalized tour around the shopping area. Some topics we can discuss include:
- Heart health (blood pressure, cholesterol)
- Diabetes & Prediabetes
- Weight Management
- Eating on a Budget
- Plant-Based Eating
- Gluten-Free & Allergies
- Prenatal Nutrition
- Snack & Meal Planning Tips
- Nutrition Label Reading
If you are interested in scheduling a time to meet with the dietitian, please talk with an advocate, or contact Kristina at kristinaswanson@hy-vee.com or 515-695-3789. If you are unable to meet at CROSS during the scheduled day, free nutrition tours are also available at local Hy-Vee stores by appointment. Tours are available as recorded options to access from home as well. Services in Spanish are available by request.
